Smart Home Hub is one of my connected-systems projects, bringing a modular C++ runtime together with Qt/QML and React Native control interfaces. The core uses a shared device and capability model to organize homes and rooms, coordinate scenes and automation rules, run schedules and persist state locally. The desktop client includes device controls, an interactive 3D home overview and a floor-plan editor. The mobile companion provides device, room, scene and automation workspaces, guided onboarding, and routing between local Hub access and a remote gateway. Protocol adapters sit behind the core interfaces, keeping the clients independent of individual device protocols. Mobile deployment and hardware validation remain part of the ongoing integration work.
